By shopping with The Style Soirée you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions;

 Colours shown may deviate slightly on different screens as different tech devices have different colour resolutions. As such, colours may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting). In the cases above, no refunds/exchanges will be made. 

Orders will be processed and mailed within 1- 2 working day(s) upon payment. 

All local and international orders will be mailed via Janio Asia with two delivery attempts.

For International shipping, it can take from 5 working days to 18 working days depending on the distance from Singapore

BACKORDERS

Backorders are opened for sold out items until the closing date

The arrival time for different items might differ and will be stated under the individual product pages.

We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances. 

All backorders will arrive 4-6 weeks after backorder has opened if they are no delays. The Style Soirée would not be responsible for any form of delays. Orders will be fulfilled as soon as the items reach our warehouse. 

No cancellation of any backorders is allowed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All Sales Are Final. There will be no refunds or returns. Unless the item is defective, there are strictly no refunds.

In the event where your item does not fit we'll be happy to do an exchange of size if the wanted item is still in stock. However, shipping of additional $3.00 will be borne by the buyer.

Items purchased with any 10% promo code are allowed for exchanges BUT any other items purchased with credits OR other promo codes with discounts more than 10% are strictly not allowed for exchanges. 

Kindly check the measurements before purchasing 

Measurement discrepancies of 0.5 - 1” are not deemed as defects as items are mass produced. 

Do take note that UK sizing can only serve as a rough gauge and cannot be taken as a comprehensive guide. 

Items under the SALE tab are non applicable for any form of refunds or exchanges

Defective items will only be accepted if we received your defect email within 7 days of the dispatched date. This is to prevent wear and tear after usage. 

Exchanges are only applicable for regular priced item(s) and will only be accepted within 10 days of the dispatched date for Singapore Orders.

Orders made using store credits are not allowed for returns & exchanges.

Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered). 

We will not be responsible for any lost mail sent back through non-traceable mailing options.

All goods will undergo additional steps of checking before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at hello.thestylesoiree@gmail.com and we will be happy to replace it for you at no extra cost with two-way postage borne by us.
