Returns & Exchanges
By shopping with The Style Soirée you agree with the following terms and conditions;
THE STYLE SOIREE reserves all rights to reject any orders at our own discretion.
Orders will be processed and mailed within 1- 2 working day(s) upon payment.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for all returns. Please do not DM us for exchanges & returns as we will not be able to track back efficiently.
Our Return & Exchange Policy applies to only for regular-priced items purchased on our website - thestylesoiree.co. Any Style Soiree merchandise purchased through third-parties are not covered under our Return Policy.
Items purchased with any 10% promo code are allowed for exchanges & returns BUT any other items purchased with credits OR other promo codes with discounts more than 10% will not be allowed for exchanges and returns.
Items under the SALE tab are non applicable for any form of refunds or exchanges
Measurements provided on our website are basic measurements which are taken as accurately as possible with the item laid flat. Due to the nature of mass-production, minor variation in sizing is unavoidable due to cutting and sewing processes. For this reason, our measurement variance acceptable is 0.25”~0.50” and is not deemed as a defect.
Colours shown may deviate slightly on different screens as different tech devices have different colour resolutions. As such, colours may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting). In the cases above, no refunds/exchanges will be made.
Returns will be for Store Credits. Store Credits will be valid for six months. A handling fee of S$2 for each return processed will be deducted from the Store Credits issued.
- All returns must be initiated via email within 7days of receiving the parcel.
- Clothes must be in its original brand new, never washed, unworn and unscented condition.
- Clothes must have all original tags and original clear packaging intact, in resalable condition.
- Sales items, discounted items (includes items purchased during flash sales, with discount codes or store credits), accessories are not eligible for return.
- Orders placed with discount codes and Store Credits or Partial Store Credits issued from promotions or credited from previous items returned are not eligible for return.
All additional shipping fees will be borne by buyer. Original shipping charges, duties and/or taxes are non-refundable.
Your order details must be indicated on or in your return package for identification. Unidentifiable returns will not be processed and discarded.
It is highly advisable to mail your return package via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. Style Soiree will not be liable for any lost return packages and will not be able to process your return if it does not reach us.
Store Credits will be issued once your return is processed, which will be credited to your account and can be used (partially or in full) to offset online purchases only. We do not offer cash refunds for returns. Returns that do not fulfil all conditions will be duly declined and a fee for redelivery will be required.
All returns are final. Items you wish to repurchase with the returned store credits will not be reserved or guaranteed.
In the event where your item does not fit we'll be happy to do an exchange of size if the wanted item is still in stock. However, shipping of additional $3.00 will be borne by the buyer.
Exchanges requests are only applicable for regular priced item(s) and will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving the item(s)
Exchanges can only be made via mailing, once approved by us. There will be no option for an exchange at our warehouse.
Kindly note that only one-time exchange per order allowed.
We apologise for any error made or defect in your order.
Kindly contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item with your order number, pictures and videos of the defect or incorrect items for us to advise you further. Any return or exchange requested after the stipulated time frame will not be accepted.

Please ensure you have received our acknowledgement, via email, prior to returning defective or incorrect items.
All goods will undergo additional steps of checking before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to replace it for you at no extra cost with two-way postage borne by us.
WHAT IS CONSIDERED A DEFECT
An item is considered defective once the overall look of the apparel (when worn) is affected. These manufacturing defects are evident such as large stains, holes, pills, missing buttons, faulty zippers and sewing errors.
Treatment of your product with the use of bleach, strong detergents, high heat (e.g. dryer) or soaking may result in unintended damage to your items. The Style Soiree will not be able to offer a replacement or refund once your items have been washed or worn.
Examples of other minor imperfections that are unlikely to reduce the overall look of the item and hence not deemed as defects are:
- Placement of prints for printed items as it will differ for every piece due to cut of fabric.
- Slight discrepancy in representation of product colours due to lighting differences.
- Dirt material or technical markings that can be easily washed off.
- Variation in measurements (within our acceptable tolerance) between pieces of the same design that do not affect the item when worn.
- Small dotted stains on light coloured items that are not at obvious places.
- Loose threads, loose buttons and any other reason similar in effect where it is easily rectifiable.
All other reasons for a request for return or exchange will be considered on a case by case basis.
The Style Soiree reserves the right of final decision in the event of any dispute.
COMBINATION OF ORDERS
Due to the overwhelming requests for combination of orders & the splitting of orders to be shipped with different order numbers, it has taken a toll on our customer service & logistic's end resulting in errors.
Therefore with effect from 3/7/2021, the maximum number of combined orders would be capped at 2. If you have an order consisting of both instocks and backorders, you can choose to ship out your instocks with your new order.
Any extra requests for combining more than 2 orders would not be allowed.
Should there be any discrepancies with the combination of orders, we would not be liable for the mistakes as we are doing a favour to the customers at the expense of our inconvenience.
We seek your kind understanding regarding this.

Backorders are opened for sold out items until the closing date
The arrival time for different items might differ and will be stated under the individual product pages.
We apologise that there may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances.
All backorders will arrive 4-8 weeks after backorder has opened if they are no delays. The Style Soirée would not be responsible for any form of delays. Orders will be fulfilled as soon as the items reach our warehouse. During peak months ( October to January ) backorders might require a longer time.
No cancellation of any backorders are allowed.
All local orders will be mailed via Champion Courier. A SMS will be sent when your order is out for delivery. All international orders will be mailed via Janio Asia
For International shipping, it can take from 5 working days to 18 working days depending on the distance from Singapore
