 Can I utilise my gift cards / store credits with NEW10 and then use PACE's vouchers?

 Yes! The reason why you are able to stack our discount with PACE's vouchers is because you will enter your discount code, credits on our end and click on payment link to utilise vouchers on PACE's payment page

My order just went through after clicking on PACE, but I did not enter my card details. Did my order go through?

Your order is currently pending payment. Please find the link send via PACE in your email and click on link to be redirected to payment page 

Do note that pending orders without payment within 2 hours will be cancelled automatically

 

Can I do a return or exchange on non sale items on site if I checkout with PACE?

We allow exchanges for items bought under the PACE PROMO but do note that orders bought using the PACE PROMO cannot be returned for credits

Orders made with PACE PROMO are non-refundable as well

Can i create multiple PACE accounts?

Unfortunately, no. PACE requires you to verify your identity when you create an account with them. For Singapore users, kindly login to your SIngpass and your info will be retrieved automatically

For overseas users, you will be required to submit a photo ID to verify your identity
